The Problem: A journalist required over 10,000 web pages to be scraped and analyzed. The data were buried under three levels of links and every web page had different formats making scraping very hard. Other firms had suggested that such a task would take at least 30 days.

The Problem: An NGO wanted to analyze relationships between a certain group of people, their investments and the professional records. Some data were on webpages and others in PDF. Over 65,000 of them. The PDF documents had complicated data formats such as check boxes and nested rows and columns. In order to analyze the records the data had to be converted into a SQL friendly format, establish relationships between different datasets and analyze the data. The client had to go to multiple firms (from data entry shops to data analysis firms) for this project. It was estimated that the entire project would take over 23 weeks.
